Justice for kids that were tortured
I’m just a neighbor who was looking out for the kids. This time, The Department of Children and Families hadn’t been called until it was almost too late. They said that after 72 hours, the girl would have died. The parents need to be held responsible to the fullest extent.
What advice would you offer to encourage others?
Report anything that you know if you feel a child is being abused.
