Our mission may be big, but so is our belief that we CAN achieve it, with your help.
To begin the process, please complete our volunteer application form, and one of our team members will be in touch with a link to register for a volunteer orientation.
Individual Volunteer Opportunities
Development Volunteer
Development Volunteers will support the strengthening of programs that advance EndCAN’s reach and capabilities to educate, advocate, and fundraise.
Volunteers will assist in:
- Partnership research
- Event planning
- Developing creative fundraising ideas
- Reviewing existing policy and advocacy efforts
Time Commitment: 5-20 hours/month
Preferred Skills: Organizational, communication, basic computer proficiency, time management, and detail-oriented.
Communications Volunteer
Communications Volunteers will support the effective translation of EndCAN’s mission and goals by utilizing our various platforms.
Volunteers will assist in:
- Producing content
- Researching media engagement tactics
- Relaying information between our organization and stakeholders
- Marketing efforts
Time Commitment: 5-20/month
Preferred Skills: Passion for engaging diverse communities, basic social media platform knowledge, strong written and verbal skills, detail-oriented, and creative thinking.

Event Volunteer
The positions outlined above are for our regular volunteers. If you are unable to commit to the positions above but are still interested in volunteering, we have one-day volunteer programs for our walks.
